It’s hard to believe it’s been two years since we moved into our first showroom in the River Market.  It’s even harder to believe that we will be moving into a brand new  showroom at the end of this year! While our first space, the River Market, and all the friends we’ve made here will always hold a special place in our hearts, we are excited about what the future holds for us.

It’s  with much excitement we announce our late 2012 move to the new Lorax  building in Downtown Overland Park!!  As you can see from our image above (and yes, I’m the dork posing next to the leasing sign!) the building is not quite ready yet.  ;-)

Ground breaking is tentatively scheduled for early May and we will keep you posted every step of the way.  If you haven’t had a chance yet, please visit our Facebook page to see renderings of the new digs.  Building owner Kurt Kraisinger and Slaggie Architects did an absolutely amazing job on design.  The first round of renderings is what caught my eye in the first place!!

The new space will be larger and allow us to showcase more product and design applications.  Don’t be surprised if you see me working out front on our outdoor patio with a gallon or so of coffee.  Be sure to stop and say hi.  If you know Square One Interiors at all, you know we like to party.  Fully expect an open house, probably Spring 2013!
